About what I do
I am an Adelaide based web developer who creates and designs software and websites that focus on meeting the needs of people. This means working with people to understand their particular needs, whether they be reaching customers, keeping organisation members updated or automating away repetitive tasks so that staff can focus on the big picture, not the day-to-day. What I do is work with people to identify where technology can help and then translate these needs into code.
Everyone understands that technology is versatile and every business and organisation can benefit from using technology. Indeed, software and websites work best when their flexibility is embraced. For most cases, websites and software are not products that should be simply purchased like a magazine or billboard. Instead, they are flexibile tools designed to help people and as such are most effective when they are constantly adapted to the changing needs of all businesses and organisations. Treating websites or custom software as inflexible products means missing out on the benefits gained from customising and adapting these tools to changing needs.
